Cancellation Policy

We know you are busy, so we will continue to make confirmation calls/emails/texts to remind you of your appointments. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance so that we may give your reservation time to another guest who may want the time. Our policy to book any services requires a credit card in your profile to reserve any of these appointments. If for any reason you cancel within 24 hours or less or “No-Show” we reserve the right to charge 1/2 of the service on the credit card so our employees may get paid. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Please note that a credit card number will be required to secure your appointment after 1 no-shows or appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period. Any appointment missed following, will be charged to your credit card for the full amount of the service price. Thank you for your understanding.
