Early in my career, I found myself at a crossroads. I was working as a stylist, doing what I love, but I knew there should be more to a salon that just a haircut. So I developed a vision, and set out to make this wonderful town in central Illinois beautiful, one person at a time.
With three employees dedicated to boosting the self-esteem, self-image, and confidence of those in our community, we opened our doors in 2003, offering beautiful hair, skin, and nails.

Not only do we value the work we do in the salon, but we pride ourselves in teaching our clients how to take the I’ve-just-been-to-the-salon look home with them. We take the time and care to work with each and every person that sits in our chairs, to teach them the techniques we use in the salon, so they can ensure they look great every single day.
Our Values
Not only do we teach our clients how to better themselves, but we ensure we are well educated in the latest cosmetic trends, techniques, and sciences. Every cosmetologist is required to fulfill a minimum number of education hours to maintain their license, but at Oh Baby Hair & Spa, our staff participates in more than double those requirements, ensuring that we stay up-to-date with the constantly evolving beauty industry.
In addition to education, research is a cornerstone of the way we operate. Each and every product and service available at Oh Baby Hair & Spa has been thoroughly researched to ensure that every item on our shelf and service menu is top-of-the-line.
Today
The dream I envisioned back in 2003 has materialized into a spacious 3,000 square-foot reality. Each member of our team at Oh Baby Hair & Spa has been personally chosen by me. As both the proprietor and a hands-on stylist, I am immersed in this manifestation of my dream every day.
